Our house espresso blend. Developed with maximum body and sweetness in mind to stand up in milk, yet still dynamic in any brewing method.
Though the component coffees deviate seasonally, our blend promises a flavor profile reminiscent of trail mix: chocolates, fruits, and nuts. Varieties and processing methods may vary from coffee to coffee, but one fact is always certain: Deviation Blend will always be delicious, no matter how far we deviate from traditional blends.
Deviation is designed to be delicious using a wide range of extraction parameters. Our favorite starting point is 20g in dose, 38g out dose in 26-28 seconds, and adjusting according to taste from there.
