As opposed to more informal farming practices in the general Ethiopian coffee market, the greater degree of "intentionality" by the farmers of Nansebo Worka raises this offering's quality to the highest caliber. Exclusively ripe cherries are washed and dried with a small proportion of mucilage intact, thus lending greater fruit character not typically found in washed Ethiopian coffees. Nansebo Worka is a beyond excellent example of a washed Ethiopian, perfectly blending complex flavors in a clean, refreshing cup quality.
