His farm, Finca El Guachipilín, is named after a resilient native shade tree and is located in the mountains of Santa Elena, Honduras, near the Salvadoran border.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThrough the Catracha Coffee project, Armando is able to sell his coffee as a traceable microlot under his own name and receive better prices that reflect the quality of his work. He has rebuilt his farm and invested in his own micro-mill, allowing him to oversee every step of processing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfter harvest, ripe coffee cherries rest overnight before being depulped.
